I just went to Ultra Smile for the first time. I’m over 50, so I have a lot of experience with different dentists. My experience at Ultra Smile was first class. Not only is the DentaSpa new and clean with inviting decor, the service was top notch. The exam was extremely thorough. The staff was very professional and friendly. I got a very good analysis of my tooth and gum health, and felt clear about the self-care I need to put into effect for my individual needs. I really felt like they cared. They didn’t push me through like I was just another number. They treated me with dignity and respect, as if I was the only patient they had. Highest recommendation!!

I never thought I would look forward to going to the dentist. The staff at Ultra Smile DentaSpa is top shelf. They are all very friendly, so caring, and have treated my family very well from day one. We felt welcome and comfortable there which is not always the norm in Miami. We had just moved to Miami from Tampa and were looking for a new dentist office in Midtown that we all could go to. Dr. Tuckman and staff have gone above and beyond and even worked late on several occasions to make sure my teeth were 100% perfect and never settled for anything less than perfection. Such a wonderful experience, and when have you been able to say that about going to the dentist?!? The staff At Ultra Smile is friendly and welcoming and Jessica was THE BEST. Definitely request Jessica, you will be in good hands! She handled my teeth cleaning, whitening, and even provided helpful best practices for flossing, brushing, and more. She took extra care during my whitening because I was worried about sensitivity (and I experienced no sensitivity!) and even followed up later to make sure everything still felt good. This was by far the best dentist experience I have ever had. The office is open and clean. The girl who did my cleaning explained what she was doing step by step and went above and beyond. The dentist came in and explained further and answered all my questions. When it came to talk about pricing, they laid it all out and explained every cent that I would have to pay and what was covered by insurance. Very modern, transparent, friendly, clean, nice environment and on top of all this, they have TVs on top of the dental chair for you to watch while you get your procedures done. A whole new dental experience and I have now found my dentist ??

This was my very first time at Ultra Smile Dental Health Spa and I have to say that it was an amazing experience from the moment I walked through their doors. The facility is very clean, modern and well equipped. How cool is that you can even watch TV while you are being taken care of? I went for a dental cleaning and they did an excellent job not just by conducting the cleaning but also by giving helpful tips and advise on dental care. Ultra smile offers a wonderful services, starting with the most kind receptionist MIss Jazz and all the staff in general whom kindly provide us with the most efficient, professional and quick attention. I have recently moved to Miami and as always with a new city was concerned about finding a new dentist, doctor, etc. I was referred to Neda and Ultra Smile by a colleague of mine. Ultra Smile made me ultra happy! Really conveniently located near the Metro Mover stop, and great ease of setting appointments. The front office was really courteous and resourceful. They kindly explained my dental insurance coverage and made sure I was clear on the cost of service. Loved the attention to detail with my teeth and gums, as well. Dr. Bahmadi was gentle, calm and confident. Big plus: office space is really nice - modern and bright, and Netflix on screen when you're getting your teeth taken care of. Excellent service. Very professional office that cares about their patients and their time. If your appointment is at 10am, you’re being seen by 10am. Better yet, the quality of their service is the cherry on top. I’ve never had such a good cleaning. Most other dental practices try to turn and burn patients. Xray, Check Up, Routine Cleaning I hadn't have a cleaning for awhile due to insurance and moving a lot. Once settled down and still bit new to Miami I found a dentist around where I live which is covered by Florida Blue insurance. I'm impressed by the staff here. Especially Jazz, Amanda, Jessica and Dr. Bahmadi are all friendly, very informative, and personable. Great location central to downtown Miami. Any questions, fears and anxieties I had were all answered and with such knowledgeable and courteous staff. They made my visit more calm which put me at ease. Pricing is good. I'd recommend to friends.

Great experience with the office from when I walked in until I was completed with my appointment. Sandra does a phenomenal job on the cleaning and is very thorough. Make sure you park in the Courtyard Marriott parking garage (they will validate) and don’t make the same mistake I did by parking in the surface lot.

I have the good fortune of going to Dr. Neda Bahmadi. She has done a couple of bondings on my broken teeth and she does a specular job. Her work looks natural and no one can tell I have bonding on my teeth. Her office also does my cleanings every 6 months. I like them so much that I started going more regularly for cleanings. Everyone there is very professional and the offices are immaculate. I will recommend Dr. Bahmadi 100%. Her work is TOP CLASS. If you need a new dentist this is the one! Everyone is so nice and professional & the office is new and clean. I had 9 cavities (yes I know) filled here last month and they did a wonderful job. I was in and out as quickly as possible with as minimal pain as possible. They are transparent about their prices and their dental plan for each patient and their prices are fair. Plus you get to watch Netflix as they do work on your mouth! Highly recommend!

On 6/3/2020, I received my annual teeth cleaning with Thayara. It was my first time getting my teeth cleaned at Ultra Smile and I satisfied because Thayara was patient and kind with me. Rachel did an amazing job doing my cleaning. She asked the right questions and was thoughtful and took care of any of my concerns. She was also pleasant and did an incredible job performing the cleaning. Also she was knowledgeable and gave me recommendations and stated what was going on with my teeth and gyms. My teeth feel super fresh and although I love the feeling of a cleaning. I hate getting them but not anymore. I will be retuning back in 6 months for another cleaning with Rachel and looking forward to it!

Amazing dentistry! Great office staff and dentists! I haven’t been to the dentist in too long to mention. I’ve been anxious and avoiding it for years. I went in today for a cleaning and Luisa made me feel so welcomed and relaxed. She kept me informed throughout the appointment. Was very kind and considerate. I just recently relocated to Miami and a friend recommended Ultra Smile for routine cleaning! Their office staff were helpful and well organized. Rachel was my hygienist. She was very thorough and scrapped tarter off every tooth. My cleaning was really smooth with no pain. Of course that depends how well you take care of your teeth. Remember to floss the teeth you want to keep.

She also told me to let her know when I feel pain and when I did she accommodated me quickly. I really don’t like the dentist but every time Rachel takes of me she tries to make me as comfortable as possible. I always feel I’m in good hands with her and highly recommend.

It was an overall good experience. The technician that did the X-Rays was very professional, funny and made me feel comfortable. The cleaning was excellent. But they did not explain to me in *detail* what my diagnosis and treatment was and gave me a paper with a lot of codifications and names that I didn't understand. When I asked for the doctor to clarify, she came and explain it very briefly and I was still confused when I left. I'll find a second opinion. Overall, it was a decent visit and the staff is nice.

I was happy with the cleaning itself, but in all my years as a patient I have never not had the dentist review my teeth at the end of my cleaning!? The hygienist said the dentist only reviews the patients teeth once a year?? What if I have a cavity, or there is an issue with my gums that build over the last 6 months? No hello, no face, nothing from the dentist? This to me is extremely lazy and creates no patient and doctor relationship. I come from a family of doctors and am very aware of good and poor bedside manners.

I had some fillings redone last week on Tuesday. Since then I've had headaches every single day. I initially met with Dr. Bahmadi about 6 months ago during my introduction to the practice while getting a cleaning. I was very comfortable with her, and scheduled my fillings to be redone as discussed with her months ago. When I showed up last Tuesday, a new dentist that I hadn't met attended to me and said she'd be doing the procedure. I was uneasy, but the practice was recommended to me and their cleaning is very good so I figured it would be okay. There was NO communication that an alternative dentist would be filling (not trying to be punny) in. The filling procedure seemed to be fine and done professionally but immediately after I have had severe tooth pain and sensitivity (this did subside 80% a week later) and have headaches every single day, which is not normal. There was NO communication as to what to expect and this was extremely transactional. I have tried to reach them several times since Friday to discuss with the dentist what is going on. I have left a voicemail with no one returning the call. Once again Poor communication, while I am having to deal with this pain. Initially a fee of $300 per tooth (2 of them) was discussed and agreed upon. During the procedure, the dentist and the nurse said that my fillings weren't deep. On checking out- They charged me an extra $180 and said that the fillings were very deep and the dentist had to use extra filling material hence the extra charge. At that point I really didn't care to argue so I paid the amount and left. Once again, this is either a scam or POOR COMMUNICATION again as I wasn't told that there was a possibility of an extra charge before or during the procedure. I was only told I owed an additional charge as I was walking out. I don't wish my experience with Ultra Smile on anyone else. It's incorrect for any practice to have such poor communication and can not in any regard recommend them for any serious dental work. I still haven't received a call back from them to connect with the doctor and I'm eating high strength Aleve to deal with this pounding headache and pain. I would've preferred to have discussed my experience with them directly rather than posting this review online, but since I can't reach them, I have to post this so that they know. I would still consider going back for a general cleaning as their cleaning was quite good 6 months ago, and the hygienist that I had was excellent. 4-5 stars for their cleaning, 1 star for the communication during proper dental work and 1-2 stars for the actual dental work as I will have to go to another dentist to get a second opinion now if they don't answer their phone.

I don't usually write review, but I think I should for this. I wanted to like this place but ended up in big disappointment. The first couple of times was fine not until the last time. They charged me for service that I didn't do and when I did the deep cleaning they did not tell me that after a deep cleaning with them you can no longer return to a regular annual cleaning permanently :( I did a deep cleaning as recommended by them. So months later after I was done with the deep cleaning, I came back for my maintenance cleaning and the lady at the front desk told me that I will not get back to my annual cleaning permanently (covered by the insurance) and that I would stay at maintenance cleaning paying out of pocket forever. When I questioned the hygienist she said she did told me that I will be on three months maintenance cleaning after the deep cleaning. (but she did not tell me that it is permanently and will not return to annual cleaning that being covered by the insurance, so I need to pay out -of-the pocket for the maintenance cleaning with them forever....that's hundreds of dollars for every three months). When I was trying to find out the reason why I do I have to keep paying out-of-pocket forever instead of getting back to my regular cleaning in the future, the hygienist asked me "Is money more important to you or health more important to you?" Her response shocked me and not having said that she can't answer my question. I later let her proceed with my cleaning since I have already took my time out from work. However, when she started to measure how deep my teeth were, it was the MOST painful teeth measurement I have ever had and I shouted "Ouch" out loud twice. I told her she gone too deep. The hygienist said "no, I was just reaching to where it supposed to stop". Seriously, this isn't my first experience with teeth cleaning and it was not the first time the same hygienist did a measurement on me and it was never like that. Go figured. Also, I did not do bitewings X-ray that day, but they charged me for the service that I did not do. I paid what they asked for (they did not provide a receipt with cost breakdown) and not until I received the claim summary in the mail from my insurance company that I found out they charged me for service that I didn't do. I did deep cleaning elsewhere in the past with a different dentist before I moved to Miami and it was awesome and it was never the case that you won't be able to return back to your regular annual cleaning permanently after a deep cleaning (you could return back to a regular annual cleaning eventually after a period of maintenance cleaning).

I had a really bad experience with Neda Bahmadi. I do not recommend this doctor. She showed to be very inexperienced and careless with me as a patient. If you are looking for a true professional to trust your dental health to, do not consider this doctor. I noticed her hesitating while working on my dental issues. I discovered she wasn't very confident on the work she was doing on me. Apart from that, after working for two hours on me (yes, I had to have my mouth open for 2 hours for a minor issue), she left the room without saying a single word, left me with my mouth open waiting for her, bleading and hurting, and she went to take care of another patient for which she was late for. When she came back and saw my frustration, and after all the office knew of my pain and bleeding, she prescribed me pain medicine and let me go, without ever reaching back to me, not even for an apology or to check on my health. The staff never reach out to me, not even for my next appointment, which shows that they were very aware of the situation and were ashamed with the bad experience I had. The work she did on me was so painful that left me with a very serious head ache for days. Apart from that, I can say her front desk staff is somewhat rude, I can say this because I went to multiple appointments and got this sense from them.

Some procedures may be required, but like with my experience get a second opinion before paying extra for their unnecessary tests and procedures. Their deep clean in some cases could be a scam and if you refuse the deep clean you will not be able to return for a regular clean - If you do the deep clean then regular cleans will become "maintenance" cleans which they consider different and be careful as you may not be covered for it. Do yourself a favor and find a dentist that is more about looking after your teeth than trying every which way to squeeze more money out of you.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but i need to warn people. This doctor told me I had 5 cavities (and the dental hygienist said one was verging on a root canal??). Two follow-up second opinions with other doctors said I have no cavities whatsoever. This doctor is far too willing to drill unnecessarily. Very scary.
